First, have you seen our Care and Maintenance page? There you can find handy reference downloads, questions and answers about water flow, pump performance & cleaning, cleaning screens, changing filters, keeping the water clean, and more.

If those resources didn’t do it for you, the best and fastest way for existing customers to get questions answered is to email our friendly customer service folks at service@desertplunge.com. When emailing, please provide your phone number, a detailed description, and pictures when possible. Emailing is the fastest method of getting help over calling or texting, where we’ll ask you to send an email with pictures and a description. We will call or email you back within 24 hours; we are closed on Sundays.

What is the setup for a cold plunge? 

Prior to pick up or delivery, you will receive an instructional video on how to put everything together. It takes most people about 10 minutes to set up. Additional information about setting the water temperature on your chiller and how long it takes for the water to get cold can be found here. Question not covered by these resources? When will my tub arrive / what is my tracking number?

The current lead time shown on each product is the time from when you place your order until when we are ready to ship. We will be in touch with you throughout the process to let you know where we are in production and when your tub is shipped or ready for pickup. We’ll provide a tracking number by email as soon as we have one.
