We are unique in solving various design problems that we and users have encountered over time. We are constantly seeking to make our products better based on customer feedback.
We’ve developed specific methods not only to adapt cold plunges for extremely hot weather, but also to adapt them for cold climates where the temperature gets below freezing in the winter, so users can continue to plunge with circulating water without damaging their chiller components.
We’ve designed ways to optimize draining tubs so as not to damage the pumps or motors; the optimal plumbing fitting locations; and better and different water sanitation methods to keep your plunge squeaky clean. We’ve recently added upgraded stainless lid props which prevent the heavy lid from falling on while plunging.
We are constantly working with our component partners to develop new components and improve our plunges; several of our partners make specialized components just for us (and you).

Not only have we tested all sorts of components to find the best ones, we’ve also consciously sought out American-made components over foreign-made ones. At present the large majority of our materials are made in America, by small businesses like ours; and your purchase supports multiple small businesses focused on quality and craft. We wish we could source all components here but a few things we simply can not source from US manufacturers at present. We’ll keep looking.
