1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Desert Plunge, LLC guarantees that the products and components sold to the original buyer will be free of material and workmanship defects within the specified time period below.
1 Year Cooler / Tub. The Grizzly cooler that serves as the cold plunge tub is warranted to be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. However, normal wear and tear (including dents, slight warping from sun exposure, scuffs, scratches, discoloration, fading, non-sticking graphics, or wear to skid pads) is NOT covered under this warranty.
1 Year Equipment and Controls – Specifically the chiller, pump, ozone generator, and power cord are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase. However, damage to the chiller caused by freezing conditions, direct sunlight exposure to the ¼ HP unit, improper maintenance, improper water chemistry, or owner negligence is not covered under this warranty.
1-Year Plumbing Components – The tubing and fittings included with your cold plunge are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase. Damage to the plumbing caused by freezing conditions and condensation building up on tubing and components are not covered under this warranty. The O-rings supplied with the water filter housing, ¾” male union filter fittings and ¾” threaded and slip union fittings are not covered under warranty.
Miscellaneous Components. The hose filter, filter wrench, sponge, stickers, and decals are not covered under this warranty.
Owners requesting services under this Limited Warranty must contact Desert Plunge via email at Info@desertplunge.com and provide a detailed written description of the problem. The owner must present proof of purchase along with the order number of their product to Desert Plunge at the time of requesting service. Upon notification and proof of purchase, Desert Plunge shall determine (1) if the claim is covered under the terms of the Limited Warranty, and (2) if a trouble-shooting session between the owner and a Desert Plunge employee is required. If the warranty applies and a trouble-shooting session is required, Desert Plunge will contact the owner either by phone or email to trouble-shoot and devise a plan to resolve the issue. If necessary, Desert Plunge will provide the owner with a replacement product or component, whichever is appropriate. Desert Plunge will NOT provide labor for repairs as services under this warranty unless deemed absolutely necessary by Desert Plunge. If onsite services are provided You may be assessed reasonable travel mileage and labor charges. This warranty is not transferable.
