We’ve had our cold plunge for about a month and it’s been incredible. The setup process was very easy to follow and we were up and running in no time. The water stays cold consistently and the product is very well made. Highly recommend!
My initial interest in the Desert Plunge was based on the insulated, vacuum sealed style. The plunge stays in the garage gym which gets up to 100+ degrees during summertime. So having an insulated tub was a must.
Setup was a breeze, the tub showed up here in CA crated up and in less than an hour I had it assembled and ready to go.
The chiller works great, I turn it on at 9pm, it’s usually starts around 55 degrees, by the time I wake up in 6 hours it’s down to 43-44 degrees, the chiller is turned off the rest of the day until I start the process over in the evening.
As an early riser I normally start my day around 2:30-3am, now instead of trying to mess with ice bags in a rubber pod, I stumble out of bed and jump in at 43-44 degrees for 3.5 minutes.
The ozone sanitation works great, the water is still clear and clean.

This cold plunge is five stars as it’s has been exactly what I hoped for.
I had an opportunity to try it at a men’s retreat and was very pleased.
I can see and feel benefits after been using approx a month now.
On the business side, Matt the owner was incredibly flexible, patient and nice to deal with as I was in transition of moving to a new place.
The customer service rep was extremely nice and helpful as well.

Before making any big purchase I do a lot of research. After countless YouTube videos, articles, and podcasts I narrowed it down to two options. One was buying only a plunge tub and assembling a DIY chiller, filter, etc. myself and the other was buying the Desert Plunge Exclusive tub with all DIY components already included. The two big factors were cost and making it as easy as possible to use on a regular basis (cleaning and keeping water at temp).
Needless to say, I'm extremely glad I chose the Desert Plunge Exclusive tub with DIY materials included. It may have cost a little more than the full DIY + tub but not having to order the individual parts and figuring out how to set it up was well worth the extra cost (and I consider myself a handy person). The set-up was a breeze and I had a fully functional cold plunge within 30 mins of unboxing.
Based on my research, Desert Plunge Exclusive tub was one of the least expensive cold plunge options that included all the bells and whistles for convenient daily usage. The family owned business was another plus and the customer service was fantastic. I had a few general questions after the set-up and Tammie was extremely responsive and helpful. Very glad I chose this cold plunge and I look forward to using it for years to come.
I bought the original plunge and picked it up directly from the warehouse. The staff was friendly and helpful, the plunge is fantastic. Super easy to put together, just a simple connection job. All the fittings are aligned perfectly and I can see all the wisdom in the configuration that makes these plunges so great. I've had the plunge for just under two months and with the ozone addon + hydrogen peroxide the water is still crystal clear. It's so awesome to be able to hop right in the plunge, get cold, and keep going. Very, very happy with my purchase.
